Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Melina Onetti!
I am an experienced and very passionate professional when it comes to International Sales and Marketing. Having had the privilege to work with both large multinationals as well as smaller family companies over the last 20 years, has taught me a thing or two about international business and marketing.
Early 2020 I decided it was time to change course and put my knowledge and experience to use in a different way. During my long term relationships with great companies, I found that there are quite a lot of companies in need of short term support. Sometimes your company needs a solution that is both temporary, quick and at a higher level. Sometimes you need someone to help you get started on a new international adventure. Helping you starting or scaling up your business without the long-term commitment that you might not want to risk right away. That's where I step in!
By the way, did I mention that I have a degree in International business & marketing and that I speak 4 languages fluently?
Why Solution by MiO?
MiO are the first letters of my given names 'Melina Ishelle Onetti'. In Spanish 'MiO means mine. I treat every project I work on as if it were mine and I only take on projects I can deliver upon. Every organisation is different and I pride myself in making your way mine.
Experience has taught me how to adapt in a timely manner. This comes in handy when you're in need of a quick yet qualitative short term solution, for instance to bridge a maternity leave or if you have the opportunity to expand abroad and now is the time to act. Then again, you might be looking for a partner to help set up an international sales team (inhouse or external). Or someone to temporary help manage and optimise the quality of your international sales team. Someone to set up client/partner programs, train your b2b sale force, organise your participation at trade shows abroad or attend on your behalf. Someone to temporary lead your existing international sales or activate sales activities in new markets. Or a partner to help you identify your international sales strategy.
My goal is to contribute to the Solution you need by being flexible yet focusing on the goal we set together.
Although flexibility is key, I do like to follow a structured path to determine whether I can contribute to your goals and needs.
